Returns & Refund Policy

At Card Suckers, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, because we sell digital products (game codes, gift cards, and direct top-ups), our refund policy is governed by specific rules due to the nature of digital delivery.

By making a purchase on cardsuckers.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products & Instant Delivery

Most of our products are “Digital Items” delivered via email or credited directly to your game account.

  • Final Sale: Once a digital code has been delivered to you or a game top-up (e.g., Free Fire Diamonds, PUBG UC) has been processed to your Player ID, the sale is considered final.
  • No Returns: Because digital codes cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense and their value is consumed upon delivery, we do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind.”

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We will issue a refund or a replacement only under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If you have paid for an item but did not receive the digital code or top-up within 24 hours (and it is not a technical delay on the game provider’s side).
  • Invalid Code: If the digital code provided is invalid or already redeemed at the time of delivery. You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase with screenshots/proof of the error message.
  • Out of Stock: If a product you ordered is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill the order within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You provided the wrong Player ID, Email, or Username during checkout.
  • You purchased the wrong region/currency for a gift card (e.g., buying a US Google Play card for a BD account).
  • You “no longer want” the item after the code has been sent.
  • Your game account is banned or suspended by the game developer after a successful top-up.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  2. Provide your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method or your Card Suckers Wallet within 3–7 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation only if the order status is “Pending” or “On Hold.” Once the order is marked as “Processing” or “Completed,” it can no longer be cancelled.
